Did you see a SIGNIFICANT drop in your sites traffic? If so, Google says your site may not be mobile friendly. On April 21st. 2016, Google rolled out a new algorithm targeting mobile use. Since the majority of searches and surfing happens on our mobile devices, Google wanted to make sure sites that rendered and functioned on mobile platforms were favored in search. Including search from a desktop or laptop. If you don't know if your site is mobile friendly or not, simply Google your business on a mobile device. When the search comes back, find your site and see if it says, "mobile friendly" right before the description. If you're not mobile friendly, you've more than likely found the your traffic has fallen off. Until you have it fixed, expect it to only get worse. But believe me, it's not impossible to fix. Your site has to simply make Google feel good when it crawls your sites pages. Google will be rolling out a new algorithm soon that will murder any site that isn't "Mobile Friendly". This means your web site leads and sales will drop dramatically or cease all together. Most searches are performed from mobile devices. Since Google noticed this spike, they've decided to give favor to web sites that are compatible with mobile web browsers. If you're not sure if your site is mobile compatible, run a simple test. Simply use your mobile device to google your web site. When it comes up, it should have the phrase "mobile friendly" before the description. If not, you're already in trouble.
