These pecan #vegan pancakes were so light, fluffy, filling and good today. The breakfast potatoes were also super tasty. Pick Me Up Cafe has been in my rotation since college. Great place to go when eating out with non vegans because there is something for everybody on the menu. Tons of options. And the $4 Mimosas don’t hurt either.
