I felt like cooking. Everything is from scratch todayâcollard greens, basmati rice with gravy (made the gravy with little bits of âturkeyâ from @theherbivorousb), mixed green salad with tomatoes, carrots and fresh basil drizzled with @followyourheart ranch dressing, and slow cooked pinto beans on the side. Sunday dinner was tasty.
