I originally put off this book, only because I didn't think I'd learn much from it (I already find it extremely easy to not care about things that I can't control or change). However, after reading Love is Not Enough by the same author, @markmanson , I really liked his style and ideas so I thought I'd just give it a go. I'm glad I did. This book was really good! Essentially, you should care about things that really matter to you, and not care about things that don't. He also discusses a lot of other topics within the personal development space like values, taking action, and much more. The audiobook read by Roger Wayne (I listened through Scribd) was probably the best voice recording for a book that I've ever heard (and I listen to a lot!).
