Saw your post of wanting people to send asks, so I am intrigued about your robot oc which you posted awhile ago! Do they have a backstory of any sorts, are they mega man oc, and what’s their name?? I hope your day/night is coming along well also!! ^^

i'm still working stuff out BUT i think that their original purpose was to be like.. a nanny/babysitter type thing for their creator's children, but wily got to them and after everything was said and done their creator decided it was safer for their kids to just let them go off and do their own thing elsewhere. so he became a racing robot ^-^

even before becoming a racing robot though, they always loved racing and going at high speeds. when not required to look after kids and do household chores, they could be spotted on sidewalks trying to outpace cars on the road, and at parks racing kids and rollerskaters (they tried to lose against them, honestly ! they just got too excited !! its hard to remember to slow down and give others a win when you get into it)

no name yet, but i'm open to suggestions ^-^, and yes, they are a megaman oc !! i wasnt sure at first but i've decided that they are

they're vaguely insect based design wise because their creators wife was an entomologist ^-^ at first they did not have the wings on the their back, but after their love for racing was discovered, they'd get too excited and go too fast and crash into things a lot, so they were added into their design to help them slow down and break more easily ^-^

some of these crashes caused some internal damage that went unnoticed, so they get dizzy and disoriented easily. they have trouble telling what direction they're facing or making fast turns without crashing (this would be the weakness exploited in battle against them)

after they became a racing robot, boosters were added to the back of their boots to help them reach much higher speeds, but sometimes it can cause them to overheat because their cooling fans weren't built to compensate for that kinda thing.
