"Garth, guess who I managed to find?"
"Um..."he paused, trying to remember who had gone missing lately. "Imp?"

"Garth, guess who I managed to find?"
"Um..."he paused, trying to remember who had gone missing lately. "Imp?"
Theunderseaqueen started following
"Mira, queen of Atlantis. Wife of Aquaman. Certainly can't just be me who brings you out of the water?"
"I made you chicken noodle soup."
"Thank you..." he sniffled and wiped his nose on his glove. "Did Arthur teach you how to do that?"
Shaniqua and the Lost City {Mera/Shaniqua}
Aruba's bleached beaches glimmered as if god's radiance had manifested itself within them. The sands were massaged with gentile breaking of waves; rinsed the pearlescent grains into an even greater basin.
There was not a fleck of clouds floating about, and there was nothing to hinder the brilliance the day had to offer. For this reason, a grandiose yacht took anchor a few miles outland. Shaniqua's by divine right.
It bobbed over crystal waters, seemingly floating meters above the ocean bed. Transparent, in essence. Scores of vivid wildlife steered through the currents like highways, and manta rays flapped beneath the surface, as if they were aquatic birds. Shreds of the water's reflection projected onto the partygoers who leaned over a laminated deck. Calypso and their laughs were the only sounds heard until far inland, and yet they hung over her yacht like they were the only cumulus in the sky.
For once, it was as if things were looking up.
Shaniqua's nails swept past her red, white, and green gradient shorts--generously peppered with black dots. They were watermelon booty shorts. Paired with a white tank, it was a clean ensemble, but sequined teal wedges added a flair for the dramatics Shaniqua was infamous for. Gourmet coconut shrimp and a slice of mango rested on a bistro table adjacent to the reclining black woman; it was half picked at and eventually abandoned for a Kit-Kat.
Without prior notice, waves grew more aggressive, and the rocking of the boat was made pointedly clear. Sudden happenings like such were rarely a coincidence. A greater force was diligently at work, and the sudden occurrence would not improve.
