March was rough...2018 was no longer shiny and the sleepless nights added up and I started to worry too much about the likes or lack there of that I was getting on my posts and then the self-doubt started to creep in and then I felt my emotional and physical well-being begin to suffer and then and then and then... it felt like all the little things were piling up until I couldn’t take it anymore. so here we are almost two weeks later after my self-imposed break from social media and I feel like a weight has been lifted and my soul feels lighter.
