I’m so obsessed with #Korean food I thought I’d do a Korean take on @cullyandsully s Smoked Haddock & Salmon Chowder for their #TheWayWeMakeIt competition and no one does fusion like the South Koreans. I topped it with a good pile of homemade kimchi who’s spicy vinegariness really cuts through the creamy chowder, I sprinkles over some gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes), toasted sesame seeds, sliced spring onion, a drizzle of sesame seed oil and a few perilla micro-greens to garnish. I also felt the need to serve it in my traditional Korean Ramyeon pot 👍🏻🇰🇷
