Hi, Wil. Just checking in, as requested and I'm doing a bit better. I've started taking an anti depressant, and had my first appointment with a therapist. We both agreed that I don't seem to be taking the right anti-depressant, but that's kind of how it goes, right? Baby steps, but in the right direction. Thanks again.

Go you! Making that call and going to the appointment is such a HUGE step toward caring for yourself and living the full and happy life that you deserve. Thank you for checking in, and thank you for sharing your story. Someone who is thinking about making a call or sending a text so they can get some help with their own mental health is going to be inspired by you. You’ve given someone you’ll never meet or even know about the final nudge they needed to start living their best life. That’s awesome!

LOL no, thank goodness. The funniest part is that my text captioning the photos was totally innocuous; I took a picture of a Chicago tourist attraction and talked about how I enjoyed my experience at it, very briefly, like 2-3 sentences. There wasn’t even any swearing like the one time the local news picked up a post I made about two buses in a head-on collision but couldn’t quote me because I swore a whole bunch. 

My company just reblogged my post and replaced my text with a like, generic “isn’t Chicago great” pitch paragraph. I’m still laughing. I might print it out and hang it in my cubicle.

While if we ship RPF I ship R/Sam I will accept Sci/sam as a close second. Sciam? Coppergrl? Scibadge? Coppersci? What's the celebrity couple name?

What I truly love about Kylux are the people in the fandom. I have made some of the most amazing friends in the last few years, and it's all because of those two giant angry dorks.

It’s so funny that the characters are horribly nasty people, but the fandom is full of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet :)
