I haven't read the book. I only watched the show, but man, seeing that he pretty much was swallowed up by the dark of the woods to it, luring him out there was rough to watch him fall for the trap.
Also, I love the colors for his scenes, the bright and colorful draw of the day to the unsettling burn of orange and red in the night and the fade of light being swallowed by the treeline was perfectly drawn in making it unsettling mark overall so I tried to replicate some sense of colors to what it was probably like in those darken woods. To give kind of a cold chill to it.
