I made tofu-jerky and the world needs to know how good it is. I haven’t had actual meat jerky in years so I can’t really remember the taste and texture exactly... but I’m pretty sure I nailed it. I have never tasted anything so delicious. 😳 if I followed a recipe I would give it. Basically pressed/drained firm tofu, sliced and marinated in soy sauce, nutritional yeast, liquid smoke, maple syrup, garlic, cumin over night and covered in black pepper before and after being dehydrated or baked on low for a few hours. 😋🙏✨ #theworldneedstoknow #tryit #tofu #vegan
