#writeonWednesday it has been a little while since I shared one of these and also a little while since I opened up #TheWritersDevotional, but this #writingprompt speaks to my soul. I haven’t shared this with many people, but last month I was having a recurring nightmare about having to do stand-up comedy! When I woke up I told my husband, “But, honestly, I have NO IDEA how to even write a joke! I can’t ever be asked to do stand up!” I am so excited about this #writingclass entry for this week. I am going to start — just as practice — because I am evidently terrified that I may one day find myself on a stage needing jokes up my sleeve. https://www.instagram.com/p/CFe4ij1AtLK/?igshid=kjx9vf4bamp5
