Maybe you are thinking of a place, a certain time, a certain person; someone far away, someone very close to your heart; a place you belong to, a place where you are completely lonely; a stranger, a voyeur. For the first issue of our magazine, The Writer’s Room decided to face an omnipresent challenge – a topographic one – to go beyond what the title may suggest. To existence in the middle, on the outside, here and there. Or maybe somewhere in between. Our group is an accumulation of local as well as international students. Those who have been abroad, those who are still facing the journey ahead of them, those who have always been torn between different places.”
