@the-x-file Music blamed throughout the house. Having not come in by the door, Aradir had no idea if there was anyone else around. Considering that it was midafternoon, though, he really doubted it. The adults would be at work, or doing something else outside the house. Anyway, they were going to sell it soon, weren't they? Aradir liked it here. It was warm, and he had a lot of room to himself. They hadn't taken him along to see any new houses, but he doubted they'd be as good as this one.

Directions

Finding the correct building had been easy enough, but now Vali had to find the correct room. This turned out to be problematic. He’d walked down this corridor twice already, checking if he’d missed some turn. But no, it was of no use. He had to ask somebody.  There was a young man leaning against the wall across a still closed door and scribbled into a sketchbook. Probably an art student or something; Vali guessed; and handsome. There was nobody else in sight but even if there had been he’d have asked this particular and particularly attractive guy. Hopefully he wasn’t going to distract this guy from sketching by asking, but...

“Hello, sorry to bother you. Uhm, I’m trying to find room 431. Do you know where it is?”, the redhead asked and smiled shyly. Asking strangers was always a bit scary, no matter how cute they were. Vali was nervously moving his fingers deep inside the pockets of his leather jacket.
