Me thinking about my fantasy/dnd setting, and racism: There is no "Universally Oppressed Class" that a lot of fantasy series have. No "Bad Guy Race" or the like. The Global Religion forbids the use of slavery, which it enforces fanatically. While individual cultures and people have their biases and some bigotry, Systematic Racism is not really a thing.

Me, remembering High Elves exist: EVERYONE HATES HIGH ELVES. It's not racism since the High Elf Universities are the definition of Old Money Aristocracy. An entire culture that only exists because of a Culture Wide "Operation Paperclip" that caused the most of the middle tier of the Elven Empire's Nobility to escape retribution from the masses when the Elven Empire tried to Enslave everyone at the Dawn of History. Not helped by the Elven University's habits of "Bad Memories" regarding the Crimes of the Elven Empire and Romanticism of the Empire. Everyone hates High Elves.

EEEE! I just saw daughter in her prom outfit. She looks awesome!

I had seen all the parts of the outfit since I ordered them all (the dress pants, the sparkly jacket, the silky dress shirt) but hadn't seen them all together or on her.

Add in her rainbow hair and super sparkly painted fingernails and I totally need a few photos to commemorate the occasion.
