8 years ago I bought a pineapple at the grocery store. Cut it and ate it. I planted the remains of the top I cropped in a pot of dirt. . It takes approx 18 months to grow and make a pineapple in a tropical climate. Thats about 8 New York summers total instead of 1.5 years in Miami. . Today I spotted the pineapple rising in the middle from its strong stems. Please take a look.
