I want to share with you all a poem I wrote. When I saw this image, tears immediate started forming in my eyes. I understand this may unfortunately not mean much to some, but it touched me in a way I didn't expect and I was immediately inspired to write this poem. I hope it inspires someone as well! It was like a knife cutting his heart the moment he laid his eyes on the blonde, young woman in his front. She had grown, wasn't the little girl he had left, but he could tell just by looking into her eyes, eyes he would always remember, that this was his little girl, his daughter. "Claire--", lifting his arms like Jimmy wanted to hug her, he stopped, taking a step back. No... it was better she didn't know it was him. She wouldn't be safe with him.
