saw a post about 'why is D1 a Career District but D10 isn't'

and while I refuse to let go of my D1 babies (bc I firmly believe they're more focused on training to make Victors, not to make tributes, but they do still make decent tributes (despite Suzanne's insistence to make them fucking stupider in every book she writes...) but...now I wanna retcon all of my lore to add more D10 Victors bc I FIRMLY believe both D10 and D7 do surprisingly well in the Games a lot of the time but just haven't let that be reflected in my canon. Maybe I'll just be swapping around Victors for a bit, lmao

I just had an idea for a post-MJ one-shot of Haymitch visiting Lennox in D10 and finding Horse (see this post), Lennox telling him that Horse is hopeless (which is saying a lot considering this man managed to un-hopeless Rico), and Haymitch prevailing regardless...

I do not need another one-shot to clog my brain. Can someone promise to write it for me? Pwetty pwease??
