The Final Battle

Both Sadira and Glitter stood poised in their positions. Standing about 15 feet away from each other, locked into their tubes. While they were in the tubes, Sadira began to prepare. She slid the backpack she had to the front side of her body, to help cover her vital areas. She made sure all her weapons were in easy to grab places. She had the machete on her belt, Kesha’s rubber gloves and iPhone tucked into a side pocket of her bag, Cleo’s hammer and Lake’s nail gun in the back of her pack, her sheath of arrows on her back, her crossbow in her hand and the smoke bombs in her pockets along with the matches tucked under her sleeves. 

Glitter gripped her whip hard, having it in her dominate hand she was ready to fight.

“Countdown, terminated.” A voice was heard out of no where as a giant blue clock landed into the center. It counted down, 10...9....8....7....6....5...4....3....2...1, suddenly the tubes were released and both Glitter and Sadira stepped out. The clock vanished into dust as the battle had begun....

Sadira immediately shot an arrow towards Glitter. Glitter attempted to dodge it but only to have it to sink into her arm. Sadira fired multiple arrows at her as she got closer. The arrows sunk into Glitter’s thigh and hands. Glitter grunted in pain, but was glad her dominate hand wasnt injured. She took her whip and lashed at towards Sadira, aiming for her face. She attempted to hit her head with the whip, but was only to be blocked with Sadira’s backpack. Sadira saw Glitter raise her whip and in an instant raised her backpack to cover her face. The blades of the whip cut through the pack, making Sadia’s nail gun spill out.

Sadira flipped her backpack to the stronger side, where the straps were, giving it another chance.

Glitter lashed out her whip again, but to be deflected with Sadira’s machete. The whip wrapped around the machete, making a loud clanking noise echo through the endless tunnel. The whip was long enough to wrap all around the machete and on top Sadira’s hand. The blades cut through her hand has Glitter pulled back, sending her machete flying into the darkness. Sadira looked at her bleeding hand, in pain. 

Glitter attempted to wrap her whip around Sadira, but Sadira wasn't going to let that happen. She lit a smoke bomb and slipped back as the smoke formed, creating distance in-between them. Once she was out of reach of Glitter’s whip lash, Sadira loaded her bow. When the smoke cleared, Glitter charged at Sadira, still attempting to get her whip around her body and continue her plan to knock out her senses. Sadira shot her arrow, and stumbled back. The arrow sunk into Glitter’s shoulder. Glitter let out a cry as Sadira took out her iPhone. She pressed the home button which sent an electrical force to Glitter’s metal whip.

The metal whip reached Glitter’s hand, shocking her. Glitter dropped the electrified whip and stood in a moment of shock.

Sadira ran up to her with Cleo’s hammer. She smashed it against Glitter’s head which caused her to collapse to the ground. Glitter looked in shock, not knowing Sadira had the hammer, machete, a nail gun, smoke bombs or matches. 

Blood started to ooze from her head, as Glitter realized her plan to knock out Sadira’s senses had failed. Sadira took her iPhone and one of her smoke bombs. She forced Glitter to open her mouth, as she laid on the ground weak and useless. Sadira shoved a lit smoke bomb down Glitter’s throat, followed by sending an electrical bolt into her. 

Sadira watched as Glitter twitched on the ground. The water that leaked from the ceiling didn't help as Glitter’s outer skin began to glow into highlight blue color. 

Sadira took her hammer and gave another bash to the head, cracking her skull. Smoke filled the air from Glitter’s mouth as her eyes fluttered back. A cannon fired moments later and trumpets  began to burst.

“May I present to you...The victor of the 19th Annual Hunger Games Sadira from District 10!” HGM Brent’s voiced sounded as the ceiling seperated into two sections. The crack revealed light, which blinded Sadira’s eyes as the ladder dropped down from the hovercraft. 

She took it with pride as she headed back to the Capitol to celebrate her victory.

Task 8 - The Final Battle

Both tributes are under ground. They are in a huge tunnel. The walls above them are leaking with water and the ground his concrete. There are torches on the sides to keep light. Explain how you kill each other.

The Final 5

All the tributes couldn't believe that it was already the final 5. Nearly 6 days had passed in the arena and they were the ones to survive it all. Unfortunately, some lives are going to end today. 

In the desert, Glitter lifted herself up from the sand. She had watched the battle between the peacekeeper mutt, Archen, and Sian and was glad Sian had been killed. She dusted herself off, when suddenly she saw Archen leave the desert. Glitter gritted her teeth, determined to kill him. She collected her things when she saw a parachute float down. She opened it to find a metal bladed whip. “Perfect.” She thought as she began chasing after him into the forest.

Archen decided to target Josiah, who he had saw him go into the burnt forest. He  collected his things and quietly left the desert.

Josiah was sitting back in the forest, fiddling with his fingers. He had no plans on what to do when suddenly a parachute floated down. He opened it to find a large speaker. “What?” He thought as he began pressing buttons onto the speaker. He flipped a switch that started to have a voice boom out. “*The sound of 3 cannons firing* HGM Brent’s voice: Tributes, congrats on being the final 2! You must fight to the death at the building! Go!” The recording ended. 

Josiah smiled as he began making his way towards the burnt building, carrying his speaker with him.

Ke$ha received a metal whip from sponsors. Both her and Sadira made their way out of the bathroom stalls towards the burnt forest, in hopes of finding Josiah.

Just as Josiah clicked play, Glitter, Archen, Sadira, and Ke$ha had all landed in the forest. They heard the announcement play. Ke$ha and Sadira looked at each other surprised, thinking they were the final two. Archen smiled as he made his way towards the building, just after Glitter.

As all the tributes were exiting the forest, Josiah decided the run back to his camp. Glitter, Sadira, and Ke$ha left the forest, staring at each other. “What? Thats three people.” Sadira thought in confusion. They all looked up to see Josiah. “Oh shit.” Josiah thought as he stopped in his tracks. A few moments later Archen bursted out of the forest, seeing all the other tributes....How awkward.

Glitter immediately ran after Archen who ran after Josiah. Ke$ha and Sadira also ran after Josiah. Josiah gripped his electric wire hard as Archen, Sadira, and Ke$ha charged. He lashed out as they got closer, skimming Ke$ha on the face. 

As Archen was ready to swipe with his sword, he felt a sharp pain pierce into his left calf. He whipped around, finding Glitter holding a slightly bloody whip. She whizzed a knife at towards him, which was blocked with Archens bag. Archen attempted to drive his sword into one of Glitter’s vital areas but was shot down when Glitter lashed her whip around his wrist. She whipped around hard, letting the blades on the whip sink further, and further. As the blades got through 90% oh his skin Glitter snapped back, tearing Archen’s hand from his body. Archen screeched as he grabbed his pepper spray. He knew he needed to act fast. He ran forward a little, placing his battle behind Sadira, Ke$ha and Josiah’s battle.

Archen took his scythe, beginning to run up behind Ke$ha. As he was, Ke$ha took her whip and lashed at Josiah. The whip had wrapped around his neck. Josiah began to gasp as he quickly shot his electric wire around Ke$ha’s calf in his last act of defense. Ke$ha screeched as the burning sensation began to soften her flesh. 

Ke$ha took out her iPhone. She zapped the phone, sending electricity into the whip. Since she had rubber gloves, she was able to this. Josiah began to twitch dropping his wire. As Ke$ha took out her iPhone to zap the whip on Josiah, she felt a another pain enter the same place Josiah had attacked. Archen swung his scythe at Ke$ha, where her burned soft flesh was. The blade cut through easily, chopping off her ankle. Archen ran back a little, knowing his sneak attack had worked.

Ke$ha hit the ground, having her ankle completely detached from her body. She let go of the whip, but it was too late for Josiah. The blades as cut deep into his throat, and with the electricity, killing him.

Sadira watched as Ke$ha attacked Josiah. She whipped around when she saw Ke$ha hit the ground, seeing Archen standing there. As she was loading her crossbow, Glitter was still behind Archen. She whizzed a knife into the back of Archen’s neck as Sadira shot an arrow into his chest. Also at the same time Ke$ha wanted revenge, she shot a bolt from her iPhone into Archen. 

Archen gasped as he was being hit from 3 different angles, he fell to the ground, dead. 

Before they could attack Glitter, she grabbed Archen’s body to use as a shield. Taking his short sword, pepper-spray and knives from his body ahe held his body, running back into the desert. Sadira attempted to shoot an arrow at her but it sunk into Archen’s meat shield.

Sadira kneeled down at Ke$ha, who was loosing blood at a rapid pace. “You need to win.” She whispered softly, as the blood from her ankle flowed at of her like a river. 

Sadira let a tear go down her face. She nodded her head as she watched Ke$ha close her eyes. Sadira attempted to cover her hands where Ke$ha’s calf was chopped off but it was too late. Ke$ha fluttered her eyes back, signaling her cannon.

Sadira took Ke$ha’s stuff as her cannon fired. She stood up, with her red, tearing eyes, waiting for the next instructions. 

Suddenly two glass tubes fell from the sky. The tubes surrounded each Glitter and Sadira. The tubes drilled a hole into the ground, sending them under the arena. Both Sadira and Glitter felt nervous as they knew they were about to enter the final battle.

Archen, Glitter, and Sian

Archen and Sian searched desperately in the desert, finding no trace of Glitter. Sian peaked out into the distance and saw a peacekeeper running towards them. “What? A peacekeeper mutt?” Archen asked, in complete confusion. The two of them shrugged knowing they were going to have to fight it. Sian took out her spear, ready to fight as Archen took out his short sword. 

The peacekeeper met face to face with Sian, twisting its neck at a full 360 degree angle. Worms started to pop out its eyes as Archen looked in horror.  Sian charged at the ugly mutt, attempting to plunge her spear into its heart. The mutt side stepped and pulled out his leg, tripping Sian. 

Archen ran towards the mutt, swinging his sword. The mutt kicked him in the gut, sending Archen several feel back. The peacekeeper lifted Sian by the head. Sian screamed, kicking the mutt in the gut. The peacekeeper didnt budge as in one flick of the twist, her head was snapped. The peacekeeper ripped Sian’s head off her body, showing Archen. Archen looked in horror as the mutt punted her head across the whole arena. 

Archen let a tear stoke down his cheek as he fell back in the sand. The mutt approached him slowly, but vanished into nothing just as it was going to touch him. 

Archen let out a sigh of relief, knowing it was gone. He collected Sian’s supplies and headed into a small cave in the desert. Sobbing over his District partner being dead.

Josiah, Ke$ha, Sadira, Cleo and Lake

Sadira stood inside the building. She felt a bit better from the night before with her injuries she had, but still was hurting with bruises and scars. She walked down the hallway, looking for a room with glass bottles. She opened door to door, but failed to see a room containing glass bottles. Just then she heard a crack from down the hall. Sadira cocked her head to the right, seeing Ke$ha standing there, out of breath. She had left Glitter, knowing it was the best for both of them.  “Allies.” Ke$ha said, leaning up against the wall. Sadira nodded, making the alliance official.

Meanwhile....

Josiah searched around the building, looking for the power box. What he didn't know was that it was in the inside of the building. He began to sweat in panic, “Come on..Come on..” He said frantically, knowing the deadly Sadira could shoot out of the building any minute. He turned his head to see Lake and Cleo approaching the building from the distance. “Shit.” He whispered under his breath, giving up on finding the power box. He ran to the burnt forest, where he settled for the rest of the night. 

Cleo and Lake had been approaching the building, aiming for Sadira. They walked into the building as Sadira and Ke$ha were in Sadira’s room, getting rher supplies. Cleo took the gasoline she had had dumped some out onto the floors and walls of one hallway. She lit multiple matches, and threw them on the ground. “Lake lets go!” She screamed, tugging on Lake’s arm. The two tributes ran out of the building as it began to catch a blaze. 

“Do you smell that?” Ke$ha asked, walking towards the door. Sadira nodded. “It sounds like some--- Holy fuck theres a fire in the fucking hallway fuck.” Ke$ha said, in her Ke$ha voice. Ke$ha took Saidra’s hand and shot down the side stairway, where the fire had not catch yet. Smoke filled the air as the two tributes covered their mouth with their shirts. 

The two shot out to see Lake and Cleo standing there. As soon as Lake shot a nail from his nail gun, the nail sunk into the calf of Ke$ha. Ke$ha screeched as Sadira immediately reacted. She lit a smoke bomb, and tossed it a few feet. The smoke began to shield them from Cleo and Lake.

Cleo began to charge closer at Sadira. She knew throwing the hammer blindly would be a bad idea. Sadira tumbled back as she saw Cleo fiercely approach from the smoke. As she was about to throw the hammer, she was shot with an electric bolt. Ke$ha held the iPhone, shaking. The bolt pierced into her heart. Electricity ran through her body, giving her an almost light blue outer look. As Cleo stood in shock, Ke$ha jammed her spear into her heart. She twisted the spear, making Cleo cough up blood. She hit the ground, dead.

Sadira shot an arrow into Cleo’s skull just to be sure she was dead. Both Ke$ha and Sadira looked over to see Lake standing there, with his nail gun. He shot again, attempted to hit Sadira’s chest. Sadira took out her machete and placed it a few inches over her heart before the shot. The nail hit the medal blade, denting it. 

Lake looked in horror as the two tributes approached him. Ke$ha shot a bolt at the medal gun, sending electricity to his hands, he was forced to drop the gun. Sadira backed up as Lake attempted to run. He turned he back, heading for the forest but not before he was stopped by an arrow to his back. Followed by another to his leg, and another to his neck. 

Lake hit the ground, dead. Ke$ha collected the nail gun and Cleo’s hammer. The two left their bodies for dead as Sadira collected her arrows out of Lake and Cleo’s bodies. The two tributes headed out to the bathroom stall where they clogged the toilets. Having the bathroom fill with a few inches of water Ke$ha and Sadira stood on the toilet, waiting for someone to come into their death trap.
