I didn’t get a lot of sleep. I got startled awake by Lisa in the middle of the night when she woke up from a nightmare. She described it to me, and it set my nerves on end.
Four people, arguing. She couldn’t see their faces or tell quite what they were saying, but it started out as bickering, then escalated to a physical confrontation, and then it came to blows. And then the four people turned to face her, and that’s when she woke up. When she woke up she said that she felt like they were still there.
She seemed shook, and neither of us got back to sleep. I called my landlord in the morning and told her that the exorcist she hired didn’t do their jobs, and she apologized and said she’d call new ones.
When I arrived at work Leroy made a joke about me not getting sleep since I started dating Lisa and I nearly bit his head off. It was probably funny, I should apologize for that. I’m staying at Lisa’s tonight, which I guess is an upside, but I’m tired of getting haunted.
