Have you been to the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia? (It is a museum of medicine and other biological oddities.) I would recommend it as long you're not squeamish.
I post scorbitous children and syphilitic genitals, I'm pretty sure I'm not THAT squeamish...
And no, I've never been, but I've wanted to go since I was a kid. I LOVED their bone collection photographs, especially their skulls. But I haven't been to the East Coast, so I've never gotten a chance. When I inevitably do end up out there, I'm definitely going...even if whomever I'm with doesn't want to go :P
