In our own struggle, our mind juggles millions of things...duties, responsibilities, achievement, success, love, feelings, deeds, kindness and so on...The tendency of approval from our principles that has been inculcated in us, sets the bar too high that we ourselves find it so hard to fulfill these unrealistic goals.
