So I'm starting a series called oddly specific and virtually useless powers that could still exist. Here is part one:

Power: if anyone who makes eye contact is going to die within 24 hours, she involuntarily opens her mouth and screams
(She learns how to stop herself from doing so, but she has to only focus on that)
