So....The Managers deal with immortality is probably unique the way various city leaders are [peach brandy or otherwise] but part of me wonders if his aspect is partially influenced by his powers with Parabola....
Which leads me to think on how the text describes the mismatch of his appearance ie. the middle aged face vs much older appearing hands[... and I always choose to draw him greying and wrinkled as it well deserved]
I wonder if perhaps part of his perception of the self would influence how he appears 🤔 the confusing passage of time influencing his appearance. perhaps it too could shift in time... perhaps his hair is more greying on some days then others. perhaps it comes inline with the bags under his eyes.
