Company Culture In The Eyes Of Job Seekers

Prelook is not just an ordinary tech job board, but also a social profile for companies to showcase their culture and work environment. 

What do job seekers look for? Everyone wants to be part of the next big thing when they decide to join a startup. Aside from the pay and company brand, the next thing they look at is the company’s culture. Well, where do you start? Start at Prelook, where we tell you everything you need to know about the company’s culture without “googling” or “social media”. 

A quick conversation I had with a friend last week.

Me: Hey Jackie, if you get to choose, which company would you want to work for? What is you dream company to work for?

Jackie: Shopify! 

Me: Why?

Jackie: Because they have a great culture and office space. They even have a slide in their office.

Me: Do you know how much they pay?

Jackie: I don’t know, I don’t really care. It looks fun to work in that office.
