Things I’ll never experience as an obese person.
- Going on amusement park rides and not having to worry if the seatbelt will reach
- Being playfully picked up
- Sitting in my significant others lap
- Sitting in one of those desks with the attached chair and always fitting
- Wearing oversized cloths because there comfy, not because they hide my fat
- Wearing lingerie
- Being able to shop at places like Garage or Forever 21
- Walking into a store and knowing I’ll find cloths that fit
- Sharing cloths with my best friends
- Drying myself off after showers without literally having to pick up parts of my stomach to dry underneath it
- Wearing a dress with no leggings
- Wearing a bikini
- Being able to be surrounded by people and not feel like the largest, most noticeable elephant in the room
Maybe if I read this to myself every day I’ll finally stop being so pathetic.
