This steven universe au is about the movie, a alternative turn of events! During the onesided fight scene between Spinel and the Crystal gems, Spinel instead of rejuvenating the crystal gems she uses it on Steven (ofc after putting Garnet, Pearl & Amethyst out of commission) Steven does manage to take her own weapon and use it on her like in the og! She does this because Spinel assumes taking out the Diamond of the group is most effective, especially because it makes her revenge sweeter. Practically making Steven helpless to stop her, then allowing herself to get rejuvenated so The crystal gems cant force her for answers.
Steven’s Gem responds differently to being Rejuvenated, instead of removing his powers or reverting his memories to pink diamonds His consciousness is split. Pink diamond, Rose quartz, & Pink steven! The injector is solved earlier in the story, because of the way the Rejuvenator effected Steven he cant regain his former self so soon.
Though a lot of things aren’t super planned but i do have a idea of what i want to do! Like how Steven acts in this story. Id think of him acting like a husk being controlled by 3 hosts, i would say like undertale or delterune but im not in that fandom.
This Au is mostly gonna be a fanfiction, cuz i HATE drawing comics.. But ill post some doodles i likeee.. (And i need to learn how to draw the other gems honestly.)
Edit:nvm, i changed my mind. The crystal gems will be rejuvenated along with Steven.
