‘boop’
If you knew Ryan, you’d know two things about him. He is heavy sleeper, like a really heavy sleeper and he really really doesn’t sleep very well. Whenever him and Sully fall together which is often. He falls asleep softer than usual. Maybe it’s the body heat or maybe it is because he knows that Sully is next to him safe and okay but he sleeps completely fine. So just in case he places his heavy dead weight arm across Sully like an anchor. It is not to suffocate him. He just wants to hold him there and make sure that Sully knows that he likes that he is here. Maybe Sully knows how well he sleeps when he is with his Blue or maybe Sully just likes to sleep with him too.
