Aging on my own terms...
2025 was a whirlwind. One of the best things I did was to become even more proactive with my health and the aging process. From diet, to movement, to sleep and general wellness, I really leaned into learning and being open to changing for the better. As I look forward to turning 45 in 2026, I'm actually quite pleased with the changes I've seen.
When you are younger, you take your body for granted. But as you age, you realize that putting the work in does really matter, so this will be another year of growing into this aging journey, on my own terms. Perimenopause be damned 🤣
Cheers to an exciting and fulfilling 2026 🎉
