Do you think Nolan puts Makarov in a headlock while he sleeps as well? For one, maybe because it helps Nolan sleep a little more peacefully knowing Makarov is safe, but also because Makarov (might) be the type of person to genuinely move too much in his sleep? Like, I'm sure he has fallen off the bed in his sleep multiple times.

I don't wanna get into it too much, but I hc that Makarov rarely lets himself rest since he's "too busy" to sleep. Of course, he obviously eventually sleeps since he himself knows the human body needs rest to properly work, so when he does actually go down, he goes down hard

Oooh I like this. 🤭 And I agree with the little sleep part, being a terrorist with a shit ton of people at your tail and can't make it easy to rest lol.

Maybe Nolan gently reminds him at times, "Sir, it's late." , "Let me handle the rest, Komandir." and even though Makarov protests most of the time, he knows he needs the rest so he goes along with it. I think he'd crash hard too. Maybe it's like getting 4 hours of sleep for one week and then sleeping for 12 hours straight one night ahshshjdjd All I know is that it's not healthy and probably messy as hell. (maybe he does have a schedule and it's like four hours a night like those psychopath ceo guy videos. you think he goes for a run at five am too?😂)

But also Nolan keeping Makarov close because it makes it easier for him to rest knowing he's safe in his arms... it's so cute. Bet they'd do it unconsciously too. Go to sleep normally and then in the middle of the night you see Makarov pressed tight against Nolan's chest, limbs tangled, arms wrapped around Makarov's head holding him so close while he snores softly.... 🥺
