Getting tattoo!harry to make a piece that would cover up a scar that you hate!!
Oh my gosh! You’d go in probably really shy, maybe it’s a scar from where your sibling knocked you off your bike as a child, or maybe a scar from something a little bit darker, and you go in, with an idea in mind.
“I want something beautiful. Something to make me smile when I look at it.”
He glances at the bit of skin you show him, indicating where you want it. So he sits with you, talking for minutes or maybe hours, you don’t really know. He’s so easy to have conversation with. You think he’s just passing time while sketching, but really he’s getting to know your personality, learning from your descriptions of life what you deem most beautiful.
The result is perhaps the most beautiful, delicate drawing of a peony. The shading not too heavy, the lines never too thick. It was awe-inspiring, and the stinging of tears was enough to get you to glance away, embarrassed for him to see you cry.
“Do you like it?” His tone was soft, the sweater he’d been wearing rumpled at the edges from sitting in his chair and sketching so long. He was an endearing sight.
“It’s...absolutely beautiful. I can’t believe this is going to be on my body.” You’re truly touched.
You’d looked up his work before, but what you’d seen on his Instagram hadn’t held a candle to what lay before you on the rickety desk in the back office of the tattoo parlour.
A small smile graces his face, pushing the glasses up that were slipping on his nose. Maybe you were in your emotions, but you had a feeling you’d come away from your next session with more than a mark on your skin...
