(Because my queue got jacked up, it’s kinda fun that this was posted on Valentine’s Day. That’s one good thing from this I guess)

Erotophobia – fear of sexual love or sexual abuse

It’s not that she’s afraid that he’s going to hurt her during sex. She has like ten pounds of muscle on him and Zeus as a dad and Wonder Woman would fucking drown him in lemon juice after leaving millions of cuts in his skin.

That’s not what she’s afraid of. She’s afraid that it’s not going to be this romantic relationship it’s just going to be sex every night and that she’ll be obligated to. And she’s afraid that it will happen even though Jaime is probably a million times more nervous about having sex with her (he’s already lost his virginity, that’s another reason: she feels really uneducated compared to him).

She’s a bit afraid that he’ll hate her forever if she tells him that she doesn’t want to have sex- at least not now while they’re still so young and everything is still in the air.

So she coerces herself into believing that she wants it and it’s a good idea and the time comes for their “special” night and Barbara and Zatanna somehow get her into lacy lingerie under her skirt and blouse and she’s definitely having doubts now.

And when she’s in his bedroom, she shakily tells him she isn’t worried while she crosses her legs in hopes he won’t notice the lingerie. He only leans over to her and places a kiss on her forehead, telling her he loves her no matter what.
