If y'all dont know, people with darker skin dont blush the way pale people do. Dark skin doesn't show redness but you can feel the warmth in a person's face when they blush. So when writing about black/brown characters blushing it's better to not say "Y could feel their face turning red" or "X turned red" cause people may think you're whitewashing them.
