they had just opened for the night and it was still early, so the flow of people into the bar was slow and the staff took their time with setting up. bishop stood behind the bar, serving the two people that were always first ones in as soon as the doors opened. he poured them their usuals, glancing over when he noticed someone else take a seat at the bar in his peripheral. “and what can i get you started with tonight, my friend?” he asked, putting on a charming smile as he stopped in front him, leaning his hands against the bar as he looked at the other. bishop was somewhat friendly outside of work, but he knew it benefitted him more to be as friendly, and in most cases as flirtatious as possible to get more tips. it definitely helped when the customers were attractive like the one across from him now. “or are you just here for the wonderful company?” he asked with an easy smirk, winking at him playfully.
