Quick catch up
So as I have been mega quiet on here I thought I'd give you a wee post!! Have really been living quietly, working and gyming, trying to get organised for Christmas. Am now onto my last week of SOBD, 6 days a week for 5 weeks now and I am feeling it, my bed time is creeping earlier and earlier, I now wake up before my 5.45 alarm most days 😫 BUT Did my measurements and photos last week, have lost a kilo of fat and a few inches, photos show my stomach is getting flatter and I love my ass 😂😂 Good kick up the bum and a reminder to stay on track over Christmas. Another 5 days at the gym then a wee few days off while I'm in Prague ☺️ I can do this!!!💗xx
