change in habits for improvement in well-being:

- drink more water - stop swearing (so unladylike smh) - eat healthier (for real this time) - take a bubble bath at least twice a week - no makeup unless going somewhere that requires me to look more decent for society - go home a little more often to visit family - putting my phone away (like in another room) while doing homework and studying

- make time for leisure reading
