Criticizing someone looks like telling them “hey, this idea is fine but you’ve done this when my personal research has said that, and you might be more effective trying that instead.” That is constructive and helpful for personal endeavors.
Criticism is not screenshotting other people’s posts and saying “lol I bet you spread around chain mail too, look at this shit.” That’s being an asshole and bully.
