I apparently have 3 tests on Monday I have yet to start studying for, but I also haven’t drawn anything in a while. I can regret it on Monday.
On that note, I have been studying how to draw short hairstyles. Can you tell??? :D
Haven't played Ragnarok Online in years but fanart is usually my go-to if I feel like drawing something. Made some minor outfit tweaks and chose to draw a girl so I'll still count that as working outside my comfort zone!
Every week I realize I act like I don't have hobbies, so I'm going to try and get drawing a little more often!
Powering through my art block.
Studying the backs of people's heads tonight. I've learned that it's a very confusing experience because at first, it looks like you're drawing a giant thumb. And then you draw hair and suddenly it becomes the back of someone head???
- Gee, Brain. What do you want to post tonight? - The same thing we post every night, Orange. Pokemon. *cue theme music*
It’s playtime for this Mightyena! It started as a thumbnail doodle that turned out better than I expected so I thought I’d follow through.
So I fell off the Tumblr wagon a few months ago for no reason whatsoever, but I’m hopping back on (and just as a new school year rolls around)! Amazingly, I have 3 new followers (hello!) and all of my favourite blogs are still active and posting wonderful things. I think I’ll need some time to get my bearings straight and to follow some new hip and happening tags.
In terms of original content, expect the usual sporadic doodles and very occasional coloured piece with no background. Woohoo! If I ever summon up enough courage to draw something a background, you will be the first to see it.
Happy blogging, everyone!
