When your swim coach loses 30 lbs and is now 2 sizes smaller then you and you're 10 years younger

So I just watched the 1943 film adaptation of Charlotte Bronte's famous novel, 'Jane Eyre.' and I just gotta say I loved every single second of it. (I also quite enjoyed the 2011 version where Mia Wasikowska played the part of Jane, it was definitely eye-catching.) It was my first Orson Wells movie and well into my 2nd Joan Fontaine film. I was definitely fascinated by Orson Well's portrayal of the darkly mysterious and extremely temperamental Edward Rochester. (I've yet to read the novel, I have to admit.) And I could not help but marvel at how deeply intense he was, how tortured he was that it exuded itself out with a gothic ferocity that had me mesmerized. And yet he could display such tender fragility of his inner nature when he was face to face with Jane Eyre. I salute him for his performance. What a talented man. And Joan Fontaine as Jane Eyre. Lovely. Just Lovely. The subtlety in her facial expressions was just so intriguing to watch, whether it be holding back an unshed tear at the corner of her eye, or whether it be the whisper of dread that furrows her brows lightly, I just enjoyed watching her in the entirety of her performance. And her speaking voice is just so soft and delicate to the ears. (I definitely developed a girl crush on her after watching the movie.) I loved her performance in this, (Aside from 'The Constant Nymph.' of course.) there was a delicate honesty in her acting that I find absolutely refreshing. And it definitely made my night to be able to watch a movie as lovely as this. I think I ran out of tissue.
