You've always been there for me dear, ever since day one, and I can't tell you how much that means to me. You're an incredible person and an incredible Steve --that's something that you should never forget, because I mean it with every fibre of every bone I have. ".... Captain." Vader enunciates the name carefully, pouring just the right amount of malice into his tone. The light side is strong with this one, Vader can feel the force rolling off him in sickening waves. "What is your business with the Empire?"

Cole had hoped to spend the day just in peace and appreciating life for just one day, but of course the universe hates him and he just has to end up in the middle of a fight. Okay it really wasn't a fight as much as it was just full on bullying. He had been walking down the street, just hoping to get coffee when he saw the neighbor's kid Jacob being pushed around by some bulky guys in the alleyway. He and Jacob had talked before briefly, Jacob was 19 and going to college for art design at NYU but because he was small, there were these guys always bullying him and pushing him around.

Cole never had much bullying issues, then again, no one wanted to mess around with Iron Man and Captain America's son, well unless you're a supervillain, but still, Cole sympathized with Jacob and offered to help. Jacob had declined before, but Cole knows he has to step in this time because it was looking to get really rough, and Jacob's no fighter. And it was just four guys, he's handled worse. But when a moment of distraction caught Cole off guard, a harsh kick to the chest managed to send him crashing into someone in the street with a thud, "Sorry..." Cole muttered as he moved to get up and back to help Jacob when he froze looking at who he had crashed into.

I follow you because I missed you and I've always thought that you were amazing and you are. You're amazing and fantastic and brilliant and I've run out of adjectives. Thank you for being so you; it's brilliant.

outofcharacter: You, my dear, are just impossibly incredible --you really are. I love you with every fibre of my being and I'm happy to have you on my dash again, though this time as a demon-blooded hunter than a sadistic trickster!
