unfortunately as i aged, and tyler as well, we did not end up with the same conclusions in regards to perspective about religion. and because our ideologies no longer match, i grew out of the newer top songs. i imagine this is probably what happened with a lot of the old clique as well and why majority of the fanbase is younger conservative kids
i respect tyler joseph a lot as a writer. i just think there's something to say about how his early success meaning reaffirmation of his beliefs. not saying that's a bad thing, he has every right to believe what he believes. it's just at some point his writing perspective no longer matched mine when he stopped questioning his faith. that is all
