Okay it took me like five billion years but!! For Thomas but if there's an answer for anyone else you want to share :3 I would like to hear :3

-Does he know/has he interacted with any Historical Figures? How closely? If not, how far removed is he from a Historical Figure? -Pro or anti war? If they've lived through multiple, does their opinion change? Are there some wars they're against, and some they're for? -How many languages can he speak?

i don't know that he would have interacted with any historical figures directly, but maybe his father knew some...i'm thinking he could be in the army...i don't know much about the army during that time though so i don't know who exactly he would have known

he's probably more pro war than george and frederick are, though i think perhaps he could have some conflicting feelings about it -- being raised by a man who is very pro war and so having a lot of the same feelings, but maybe having some moral conflicts about it, and then feeling ashamed of feeling conflicted at all, feeling like he should follow his father's views without question, and then feeling ashamed about that too...

How many languages can he speak?

hmmm i don't really know what languages were spoken in scotland at the time so i don't know if he would know scottish gaelic or scots but he knows english of course maybe some french and german too

Correct!

He loves them to death, they’re his whole world and he’d do almost anything to keep them happy. However, running a kingdom is more than a full time job, even with all his advisors and delegates and Logan handling the commerce/finances. He doesn’t have as much free time for them as he’d like and thus treasures their family dinners as it’s the time he gets to see both of them.

Send in assumptions of the characters and I’ll confirm or deny them!

i haven't thought much about the timeline for sam and tom's romance but at the moment i'm thinking they meet on george's first ship, and then either a few years later they'll get together, or it takes them until well after the war to get together. like they're either doing their whole thing in the background of tuckeyprowse or it starts and thomas' first proposal to sam is maybe during tuckeyprowse, and then they have a persuasion arc for a few years, and then the war ends and they kind of work it out a bit and they're on a ship together again but they're still in a bit of an awkward phase. maybe thomas asks sam to marry him again and sam refuses again, not because she doesn't love tom but because she believes she won't be able to make him happy. and then a few years later maybe they go to antarctica. they haven't worked out the marriage thing yet. their antarctica expedition doesn't go great but they make it home alright. basically i think they should take a really long time to work out the marriage thing
