The day Charlie became a vampire
Charlie was born back in 1984 in Willow Creek, a nice little suburb in California. Her mother, Yanyan, was from China, while her father Roger was from New Jersey, though his ancestors were also from China. Growing up was pretty lonely, her parents often at work, no siblings to speak of. She did had a half-brother, from her father’s first mariage, but not only did he remained in New Jersey with the first wife, he was a decade older than her. As a result, they barely saw each other.
