Serious Pie
We arrived at Seattle, late @ night and we were starving. Ok, maybe it was only me that was starving. We walked around to get to know the area and found that Serious Pie was very close. It was packed and various couples and groups were waiting to be seated. We waited about 20 to 25 minutes to be seated.
While we waited we took pictures and looked over the menu. We ordered two pizzas. :)
Pour moi: buffalo mozzarella, red sauce, fresh basil
Pour lui: soft cooked free range eggs*, smoked prosciutto, pecorino sardo, arugula
My favorite part was the dessert! No shocker there. :P It was chocolate budino with murray river salt and olive oil. The chocolate was so smooth and creamy. It was excellent. It brought back good memories of Tapas 24 in Barcelona.
Overall the service and attention was very good. The place quite small, I think there were about 8 long tables. The pizzas were very good and dessert delicious.
