(The 5 things which would happen in an AU. This one sounds juicy!)

* You’re bitten by spiders after following the Dwarves and Bilbo into Mirkwood. Although the reason to you following them is secret 

* You wake up in the Woodland King’s dungeons. Legolas is on guard, waiting for you to wake. He has his eyes between you and Tauriel who is talking with Kili, one of the Dwarves. 

* The King is very intrigued by you, especially your attire, showing you to be some kind of hunter. He assumed you are of the race of Men. 

* Most of the time that you are walking the hallways of the Woodland Realm’s palace, you are groggy, drifting in and out of sleep. Up until you actually reach King Thranduil’s private chambers, you remember very little. 

* Thranduil walks around you slowly, smirking as you glare at him. You have heard many tales of the Woodland King, but try desperately to hide your intimidation. The King knows he is going to enjoy the rest of the evening.

What made you want to start writing fanfiction?

I started writing fan fiction and didn’t even know what it was. I just wrote myself into a TV series called seaQuest where I could go on adventures and date the good looking kid in it (I was only 14 at the time, mind you!) The reason I started writing fanfiction is quite a sad reason, and I remain a bit ashamed to admit it, but I’ll be open and honest with you as you asked, love. 

The reason I started writing fanfiction was through loneliness and feeling I’d never live up to other people’s expectations. All the girls my age were starting to get into relationships, and I was always the kid who everyone kinda pitied because of being overweight, average looking and not particularly cool. All I was known for in school was being smart. Socially I didn’t have a lot going for me. But in my fanfics I could escape that. 

My fanfics still, to a slight degree, play that part in my life. But the whole process has become more about the genuine enjoyment of writing, not as an escape as much as it was.

Got a weird question for you. Do they celebrate Halloween in the UK like over here in the U S. Just curious. Cause I am in a debate about it and I figured you would know. Thank you.

We do, but it’s not a major holiday for us. It’s more of just a fun thing that people do. I personally don’t celebrate it at all and never have. It’s just not a big deal here.

If I had one wish, what would it be? To get into the job I want. I’m on reserve for one job and on reserve for an interview for another, both in the same place, but due to various factors, the jobs just aren't available at the moment. Maybe later in the year when Brexit is in force, it may just happen. I hope and pray it comes to fruition, but I still have to be practical and know that it might not. It may not be the way God wants me to go. He’s already shifted me from one career path already, and whilst it broke my heart at the time, I look back now and know that it was for the best. I try my best to see the big picture and trust, but it can be hard.
