Today was incredible. My kids, these beautiful warrior princesses elevated themselves today, and I love them all the more for it. I won't go into the gory details, but suffice to say that this was a pretty lean year - a very lean year - and they behaved like the doors of Paradise itself had been thrown open, though early reports came in with peers having made perhaps richer hauls, from that perspective. It sucks hard, real hard, having to count each nickel. But there is no coin on earth that can buy what I saw today.
