Those Words Left Unsaid || Dydia
Derek was more than happy when Lyds asked him to come over. Truthfully he would have made his way over with or without an invitation but this way was easier. Being away from her for so long actually hurt him, there was this sharp and aching pain that never seemed to leave his chest but he didn't have much of a choice other than to go on with his day as usual.
The feeling was unreal, in fact the closer the Camaro got to Lydia's place the less it hurt. Sighing even in relief, Derek shifted the car into park and grinned at the gran building, taking the 12 pack of beer in one hand and a single pizza as he slipped back out of the front seat and made his way to her place. As if it was second nature, Derek just entered the house, making a mental side note to scold her for leaving it unlocked. "Pizza man is here. Where's my tip?" He grinned as he hollered, kicking the door shut and heading for her kitchen. "You know... you're gonna get me in all sorts of trouble..." he mused, listening in for her heartbeat.
