How Much Can I Stretch My Mind?
Is the mind pliable like playdoh or clay? Can I mold my mind into something that I want?
These are the questions that I'm trying to answer. Due in part to the overwhelming reality that my life is just starting, I began to wonder about a "reset" of the mind. And what anyone needs to realize is this means whether or not I can take a bad habit and spin it into a good one. Is there a way I can take everything incorrect about my habits and flip it on it's head to produce an efficient opposite?
