Castiel: I understand that but everything we do currently is arguing. And I’m so tired of it

Dean: Then why don’t you leave

Castiel: Oh, I’m leaving. I’m so angry right now, I can’t talk to you. I’m going to visit my brother and I’m going to complain about every single stupid habit of yours that drive me crazy and then I’m coming home

Dean: Why?

Castiel: Because I’d rather argue with you for the next fifty years than love someone else.

Dean: Fine

Don’t blame me for not being able to write. Writing comes in stages. My first stage was heartbreak. Everything I wrote was painfully relateable to all the heartbroken souls in the world. Tears flowed from my eyes to my fingertips, as I wrote about you. How you hurt me. What you did to me. How I’d never be the same. How you’d completely and utterly destroyed my soul. I wrote about how you shattered my heart, and how not even the strongest glue could ever mend those broken fragments. My second stage was inspiration. I began to move on. I forgave myself. I forgave you. I got motivated to do better, to pull myself out of the hole of depression you’d dug and thrown me in. I wrote about conquering my fears, and defeating my demons. I wrote about how self-love could mend those broken pieces you left throughout me. My third stage was love. I wrote about the boy who showed me I was capable of falling in love again. I wrote about how his hands fit perfectly in mine, better than yours ever did. I wrote about his gentle forehead kisses, and how my stomach churned when I looked at him. I wrote about how his lips tasted like honey against mine. I wrote about how special he made me feel. He gave me a purpose. He made me feel loved and appreciated. Then the cycle started over. It always does. Except this time, I won’t let it. I won’t let myself fall head-over-heels in love with someone who will take me forgranted. So don’t blame me for not being able to write. The sun shines bright, illuminating everything in its golden glow. The moon is dull, covering everything in its path with a silver coating. The sun, as it emerges, lights up the sky with swirling oranges and pinks. The moon, as it emerges, is a mere light surrounded by the darkness that swallows it. With the sun, a sing-song tune of birds can be heard. Life begins, filled with joy and happiness as all the creatures awake in harmony. With the moon, an eerie silence falls over the earth. All that can be heard is the chirping of insects that thrive in the darkness. They’re in a constant battle. The sun fights to bring light, while the moon lives in the dark. At the end of every day, the moon wins. The darkness engulfs the sun, causing it to shine its last golden rays upon the earth before it dies out. I am the sun. You are the moon. I miss the times where the world actually seemed big enough for me. The older I get the smaller it is. It’s like I’m taking up too much space, that I shouldn’t be here. It’s as if the world doesn’t want me. I feel like I belong somewhere else. Somewhere away from this world full of hate, crime, and disaster. Somewhere far away from the horrible memories, somewhere where the days are always perfect and the feeling is always happy. Somewhere where the sunsets are extravagant, where I can sit and peacefully watch the sun slowly melt away to reveal its hidden love. Somewhere where all I have to do it write, and be absorbed in nature. Somewhere with no pollution, no death, just peace. I belong somewhere, but not in this world. - somewhere (L.L.)
