okay, let’s look at the quote you’re referring to:

i wasn’t trying to make some grand sweeping statement. i woke up at like 4am to a bunch of messages telling me chris chibnall was going to replace moffat. my only associations of this name are of my mother talking about him being a misogynst to me, hence writing “if i remember correctly”. on my personal blog.
i’m not being negative for the sake of being negative; i said in the post i was hopeful this guy was going to be a better showrunner. and, you know, i wasn’t really asking for someone (someone i can only presume is an adult, nonetheless, which is kind of scary) to come looking for an argument
that said:
looking up this dude’s credentials, i can’t actually remember most of it very well due to memory problems, but dinosaurs on a spaceship stands out. i can kind of remember nefertiti’s part sort of sucking in re treatment of women. think there was an unwarranted sexualised boner joke in pond life, which he also wrote. cyberwoman was also kinda weirdly sexualised, and day one i just remember being uncomfortable.
yeah i cant really give you credentials simply because i dont have enough knowledge and im super stressed right now and yeah. ask someone else. ask someone who actually watches doctor who instead of some kid who said he remembered chibnall being sexist on his tumblr. a quick google search tells me yeah, this guy probably is sexist, there are a few blog posts about it online, take a look at those
How do you define prominent meme? Often this blog is the first place I see most of the memes you document - such as the Poot Lovato one that's going around at the minute. Interested to hear your answer actually; I'd be inclined to suggest that a meme isn't a meme if it isn't prominent.
There isn’t a clear guideline or threshold, but a lot of the times, it has to do with how many derivatives of the meme we can find, how often we come across this meme, and how many messages we get regarding the meme.

It would be absolutely fantastic. Omega, in Claymation, being zapped by K9? Yeahhhhhhh! :D It would look as ridiculous as necessary but also everything would mesh together nicely. A claymation human and a claymation alien only look as real as each other, after all. (And claymation tin-dogs.)
What were the transphobic jokes?
The first was when Missy said “when the Doctor was a little girl” in her “guess which one is wrong” sequence and the second was when someone (I think it was the Doctor or Missy) called the weird snake guy a “man in a dress”.
The first one is using transness as a punchline and the second is playing on transmisogynist ideas about trans women while also using transness as a punchline.
